Aibery Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users (“you”) of our service “Agentools” (“Service”).

• Information entered or generated while creating or using AI agents within the Service (only when such information qualifies as personal information)

Currently, we do not plan to share personal information with specific third parties. If shared use is initiated, we will publicly disclose the types of data, the scope of shared users, their purposes, and the managing entity.

If you request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of your personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, we will verify your identity, conduct necessary investigation, and respond appropriately in accordance with the law.

• It may seriously hinder our business operations

• It would violate laws and regulations
